We are delighted to share that A IS FOR ARCHITECTURE has been appointed by Saga plc. as masterplanners and architects for Enbrook Park in Folkestone, a project that arrives alongside Saga's return to the site and the company's 75th anniversary.
Enbrook Park is a remarkable place: a generous parkland setting that has been woven into Saga's story, and Folkestone's, for three quarters of a century.
Our role is to look after that landscape and its heritage — bringing the much-loved Pavilion back to life not just for Saga but also to support local organisations and community events.
We will also be exploring a sensitive, sustainable approach to limited residential development on the under-used eastern edges of the estate.
Running through all of it is a quiet commitment to wellbeing, biodiversity, and to the people who already call this place home — listening carefully as the plans take shape.
